Rangun valley and biodiversity

In the photo below, you can see a butterfly like species. I don't know whether it is a butterfly or something else. I have first time seen this moth. It has not so large and beautiful feathers but it flies like a butterfly. I have found this in Rangun valley, Parashuram Municipality 12 Jogbudha, Dadeldhura, Nepal. Rangun valley lies around 600-1200 meter above sea-level.
I have been living in this place for 38 years ut had not seen this butterfly like moth before. Can it be a new butterfly species ?? Have you ever seen this moth before??
